No-waste/ low-waste

All garments are made in no-waste/ low-waste pattern cutting, which means the pattern blocks are puzzled into a huge rectangle and use up 100% of the fabric within the block.

This minimizes waste produced from traditional pattern cutting and results in a slightly unconventional silhouette.

Surplus fabrics

All items are made in surplus fabrics, such as end-of-roll, deadstock, waste, donation, leftover, etc. they are sourced individually and usually come in small amount.

This is the reason for collection 001 being a one-off design, and every item is a sole piece.

Meaning that the piece itself is completely unique in that cutting and that particular fabric, there would not be an identical piece again.

However, due to the nature of surplus fabric, there might be tiny faults that made it unsuitable for mass production and became an unwanted piece. Common flaws such as holes, broken threads, markings, etc.

I have sorted and mended these areas throughout manufacturing process at my best, but there might be something that I did not notice, I am happy to help with mending the faults.

Pricing

The products in collection 001 are priced simply by timing the production time needed with living wage.

you are paying for the actual duration required to construct a garment, from the start of designing, toiling, pattern making, sourcing, fabric cutting to sewing and manufacturing.

Care

Some materials are sourced without knowing the exact fiber content, I have included my closest prediction and related garment care on each product page.

My designs are not attached with any tags.

They are mostly designed with identical front and back, which means you can just slip on and go.

(Plus I am not a fan of garment tag and label, they itch me all the time.)

The garment is fully yours once being purchased. You have the right to decide how, where and when to wear and style it. It is not mine, not from na, but yours. There is no answer.
